Horrible place to work and company culture - Senior Financial Analyst Ingram Micro Employee Review

Horrible place to work, no training provided to staff yet they expect you to know how to do your job or figure it out. If you don't figure it out after a month you get written up. Former boss was not helpful and won't even listen to your complains or try and set up training for staff. They just expect you to figure it out or you get fired.
