Decent work life balance, great place to learn the IT industry. Good facilities, lots of opportunity to move around.
Cons
Focus on raising margins through pricing. Constant margin pressure and cost controls creates employee uncertainty. Mid management is weak and have too many direct reports to get coaching Director/VP level is like a club that you have to be a buddy with someone to get ahead..
