They Fired Me While On Parental Leave - Senior Support Representative Ingram Micro Employee Review

Getting fired after being home for 7 months while raising my baby on an approved Parental leave. No opportunities to grow skills. My manager didn't like me having a beard and kept telling me I had to shave and what clothes I was allowed to wear. The company seems to let their Corporate partners take care of employees with perks like events, training, catering, etc - the company itself doesn't do much for employee life and happiness.
