Pros
Great overall training during the first 3-4 weeks, it was the only time I worked 8 hrs.
Cons
Too many hours to work within the week - an average of 55 hrs weekly with no lieu time or extra pay. Plus your expected to work on the weekend. Lacks structure, flow and leadership. Must take up smoking to fit in with "Boys Club" the long tenured management team. No work life balance
