Pros

- Buildings - Lawns - Food Courts - Gym - Overall People working are nice - Open Structure for feedback from employees

Cons

- No Technological challenges in a Technology company - Will take up any kind of work - Middle Management and Senior Management is hypocritical - Senior Management and manipulate the truth in front of Media to portray themselves as the Good Guys with the nicest hearts when in fact they are not. - No growth in Offshore Salary - No growth in terms of promotions(especially after the new policy which put in so many more layers) - News about the company is always to be found in the media first - Very less transparency - Processes are for namesake which are manipulated to show good numbers - Ethics are just meant to be shouted out in front of the media - Estimation lands up people stretching beyond any limits - No pay for overtime and no compensation offs for working on weekends

Pros

The co workers were nice.

Cons

Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
