Depending on the client project, you are tagged to -> your work culture will depend on that. Ample projects and clientele Good campus -Pune one. Salary on Time. Good exposure to industrial technical stack and learnings Mostly, the work culture is good, but there are times and projects which will make you question your decision on doing this job

Cons

No promotion, no salary hike. No recognition of your work unless you are vocal about it with your manager
