      Pros

      Very helpful team members. Decent compensation (pay and other benefits are not that bad). You will get a chance to learn a lot from the best (experts).

      Cons

      The projects given to the interns are not at all related to their field. Even if you are hard working and perform exceedingly well, there will be no conversions from intern to permanent employees.You might get a contract/external position if you are lucky. Preferential treatment towards IIT's and NIT's.
