      Good work life balance for some positions. There are some positions which are a bit more stressful or required more time spent in office. The management needs to further simplify them to make it a better place to work.

      Cons

      Too many manual, lengthy, and outdated procedures/systems and over-reaction to problems which makes life difficult for working level personnels.
