      Work with extremely smart people, open work environment and good work/life balance, benefits, company perks (free catered breakfast and lunch everyday), unlimited snacks and drinks, unlimited PTO and too many others to list

      Cons

      There could be more structured plan for career advancement. With the company growing so fast right now, hopefully things won't change too much when it comes to company culture.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
