Pros

The people in the office were wonderful. I enjoyed coming to work because of this. They are making improvements in training and new hire on-boarding compared to when I first joined.

Cons

I was hired under the impression that the career path was defined as "give us a good year and we'll make sure you're not stuck in an Account Executive role much longer". With Indeed's growth, they have been able to hire very experienced professionals outside of the organization. With the high turnover, the need for new managers is null. Do not expect to grow your career here if you are in sales, no matter what they tell you in the interview process (read the other reviews). If you're looking at this company at one of the East Coast offices, it may be a good place to gain some sales experience. If you are interviewing to work in the Bay Area office, there are far more promising opportunities at other companies in the region. The turnover in this particular office is at an all time, and quite frankly, terrifying high. The pay is considerably lower than other companies in this area.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
