Pros

Honestly, I can't think of anything that would fall under "pros" for this position.

Cons

Unhelpful management, no training, and severely underpaid. As the BackRoom Coordinator/Manager, you have to take out 30+ pallets into a hallway in the morning and bring them all back in (plus whatever wasn't processed from that day's truck) into the smallest backroom. Though you're scheduled from 6AM-2PM, the likelihood of you leaving before 4PM is slim to none.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

it is a job if you desperately need one

Cons

management does not keep promises (e.g. I was promised $2 higher pay upon accepting the position and later was told it wasn't feasible anymore once starting. I was also promised a specific day off then last minute had it revoked because they decided to make it a mandatory day). management does not listen to or care about its employees, very unprofessional. store managers don't want to do anything to help, they just sit in the office. management let other employees slack off and do nothing and expected others to compensate for their lack of effort general manager was horribly rude and misogynistic. he threw a box at someone while visiting.
