Pros
Double discount once a quarter, 10% discount across TJX stores, straightforward work and supportive team.
Cons
Constant demands from management at corporate on getting at least 3 credit card enrollments per shift. Hard to do in a wealthy area where everyone uses AMEX plat, airline cards or business cards. Card has very little attractive benefits to folks like that, and it can be hard to sell if you’re not dealing with consistent regulars who would actually benefit from it.
