Horrible management - Class A Truck Driver Holcim Employee Review

Poor management, upper management is not in touch with anything other than a computer screen and their own pay. They only care about profit, for themselves. Ground workers do not see a cent of it. They prefer you to not stop for lunch, they do not care about medical treatment if you are hurt on the job. They tell everyone to call management BEFORE AMBULANCE, so the manager (with no medical degree) can decide if the ambulance is necessary.
