      Pros

      Very invested in training and progression. Good benefits in terms of stability, pension and sick pay. Day to day it is a nice company to work for and you are looked after.

      Cons

      Feel a little lost and not cared for sometimes. Safety is preached but the reality can be lost when it costs them money.
