      Excellent team spirit, well developed processes in every area of work especially in sales. Good opportunity to develop within and also beyond the actual psition. Innovative solutions, but not only on the area of product development.

      Cons

      Processes are sometimes obstacles of individuality. Too many KPIs for salesmen, there is always some below expectations.
