      Pros

      Six weeks of vacation standard Any overtime is converted 1-1 to vacation days: 8 hours overtime = 1 extra vacation day. A relaxed company culture...so far no politics, and casual dress code. Very international workplace with many interesting people.

      Cons

      Wages are not as good as in Silicon Valley.
