      Pros

      Staff is friendly (held over from the days of being MINCO and privately held) and the HQ in Hartland is across the street from a good health club

      Cons

      MINCO was recently acquired by Heraeus, a German holding company with some developmental issues in the process. Divisional HQ in Belgium - a bit disjointed. Downturns in steel industry caused downturn in Heraeus Electro-Nite product resulting in sweeping layoffs. Those leaving from staff positions often replaced by temps. Culture is "forced".

      Pros

      Very easy to get a job. Salary was on the low side but still competitive

      Cons

      Got laid off after 3 months because they plan to outsource most of the CNC Sold my home, moved to Tempe, got laid off. Thanks Heraeus
