Pros
Flexible schedule. Steady raise salary for 2-3% a year. Good bonus sometimes.
Cons
Not good management team. No clear SOP to follow to make products and always change! No on-site HR or IT. Doesn't even have a family or friend's join event. Can't keeping good people to stay.
