Pros
Heraeus is a family owned company that had a history of rewarding and maintaining employees. They have very good benefits and the team environment in the US locations was highly successful.
Cons
New mgmt. seems to have driven a different focus into the organization. This has resulted in some bad business decisions and an environment that is not as desirable (bitter employees, very political, focus on business organization instead of business growth/success)
