Big name, cowboy culture - Quality Engineer Heraeus Employee Review

Need to know upfront whom are you working for. Inexperienced young managers do not know about leadership. Culture induces lots of fear as many 'old' employees let go on a routine basis. Since it a private company, it is like a Wild West, meaning anyone can let go without reasons. It's all about GO...Go..without thinking or putting any thoughts. If you bring any holistic view, it is not very welcome. Mgmt. Is also greedy since it is all about numbers. Manufacturing floor is pathetic and it is cramped with all equipments and no room to breath!
