      More focus on output rather than calculative on time spent at work.

      Cons

      Need to build some mentoring system so that employees can have other output for expressing how they feel about the company and workload/career.

      Pros

      Very easy to get a job. Salary was on the low side but still competitive

      Cons

      Got laid off after 3 months because they plan to outsource most of the CNC Sold my home, moved to Tempe, got laid off. Thanks Heraeus
