      It's a pretty good place to work at. The pay isn't the best and there can be favoritism in some departments.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism there and the work counts on how well the steel mills are doing.

      Pros

      Very easy to get a job. Salary was on the low side but still competitive

      Cons

      Got laid off after 3 months because they plan to outsource most of the CNC Sold my home, moved to Tempe, got laid off. Thanks Heraeus
