      A lot of work. Good to learn how a German company works. Good travel possibilities.

      Cons

      Too much stress. Internal structure very unclear and monthly changing. Very goal oriented and not taking much care about the workers. Strong cut of resources & people at the end of the year.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
