Thank you for posting as a former employee of HKA. We welcome all views, as we then can consider the feedback and look to improve further. Part of our continuous improvement journey, now includes us reviewing every post on Glassdoor. Great to read that you think " Founders were great, interesting projects and good support ". Thank you also for recommending HKA to others - we appreciate your support. You made a constructive challenge - thank you - about "second tier leaders not so good" . I respect that this is your view and of course that every person will have their own opinion on leaders across HKA. I can say that I do think we have brilliant people at HKA and also we are developing our people further, including our leaders, as we continue to support them to grow at HKA both personally and professionally.
