Pros

Nothing really, worst company so far

Cons

HR really doesn't care for you. Most of their HR are still young. They don't reply to your email or if you have issues,it's gonna take 3 weeks or months. So please beware. HR doesn't know how to properly communicate, and it's even more worst when you need something and you're not part of the company anymore. It took me 4 months to get COE. The SSS loans or Pagibig gonna take you 3 weeks if you need something from them. The higher management are well aware of if but they tolerate it. They won't attend any DOLE mediation. They won't answer on your text or call. Don't believe on whatever awards they have about being good employer coz it's not true. Previously they have worst HMO, but because of our non stop complaints they were forced to change it. But it's still not in Top 5. A company truly cares to their employees if they provide the best HMO and benefits. The ratio of HR to employee is 1 is to 1000 so don't expect you would get prompt responses from them. That's why if you have emergency, you will feel you don't have a company. We still have pending claims from previous HMO etiqa, but no update from it for almost 1 year.

Pros

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
