1. Flexible work timings. 2. Don't have very strict dress code. You don't have to wear formals on every day. 3. If you are performer. You will be definitely recognized. 4. Provides access to a good training materials. 5. Values the new ideas.
Cons
1. Very Less interaction with HR team. 2. Available facilities are detoriating. won't get a nice coffee. 3. Very few possiblities for work rotation. Once the management likes your work, its hard to change to a different project. 4. Pay is less when compared to peers. 5. Very less Onsite opportunities. 6. Pressurized environment.
