      Ample opportunities to learn the work cultures beyond India, helps in establishing you as a matured IT person.

      Cons

      Bad paymaster, manager centric (they enjoy heavens here), no value addition in terms of technical trainings, they may hire you for the role you desire and put you in low positions (kind of cheating), too long working hours. Employee first is a myth here, just a showbiz.
