      Relatively smaller company pro-active CEO Might be a little easier to get Onsite opportunities Some very good LOBs to work in some led by very young and promising leaders

      Cons

      Some pretty bad HR policies Peer group might not always as good as it could be Lately the more employee friendly policies have been either suspended or stopped all together
