Pros

High pay even for entry-level engineers, certifications are free, work laptop is provided, possible work-from-home depending on project.

Cons

No ability to choose projects and engineers are assigned wherever needed, roles can change drastically (for example from web developer to cloud solutions architect), no commute allowance, no bonus, no real team support and you often work alone, bilingual employees may be used as interpreters instead of engineers, and there is no clear career plan.

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
