      work remote, no travel, brand

      Cons

      Outstanding culture and career for many years until leadership changes in 2023. Sales plummeted after months of elementary training, rerouting of all leads to underpaid employees, high focus on KPIs without correct reporting, and toxic VP Sales.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
