Regressive company, going backwards, and this being a tech company is awful that they can not implement better tech to work or make job easier.
Salary does not grow properly, not even to inflation value, at some point you feel stuck
QA department, really focuses on how to make job harder and looks for opportunities on what to discourage you instead of helping you out or motivate you.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
