      Pros

      Company is committed to fully remote work. Unlimited vacation time. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Very little in-person work time. Can create a feeling of isolation from co-workers. Also makes it difficult to create a sense of belonging.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
