Pros

GoTo was purchase by a holding company Francisco Partners. It used to be a fun environment with happy employees and lots of perks and everyone made money.

Cons

The company is being groomed for resale. Every change made by the holding company has been negative for the employee as the management company squeezes every penny out of that they can. Everyone is concerned about losing their job it does not matter how successful you have been in the past. All incentives are gone and most of sales does not make anything what they used to because of the constant restructuring by top management. It has become a micromanaged environment where front line employees are held accountable for the bad performance directly resulting from upper management restructuring.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
