Pros

Remote work - but isolation is an understatement. No off-sites with team - EVER, maybe 1 in 3 years of employment

Cons

Let go 250 sales reps in Jan 2023 kept 50 Lowered Commission Expected reps to do the job of the 200 that were laid off NO work life balance If you are in sales and you take PTO, or sick time, your leads/deals get passed to other reps - no split, no incentive to take off. Never was able to take off due to untrustworthy leadership management - POOR management - no idea what they are doing total boys club Diversity in leadership is a JOKE product is no where near competition

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
