      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Colleagues are great to bounce ideas off of & vent.

      Cons

      Too many changes too frequently. You cannot attract a solid caliber of employee with changing their work structure up 3x per year.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
