      Pros

      Self care day. Work life balance. Unlimited PTO. Working remotely.

      Cons

      Company was great to start! Then new leadership came in and everything changed and the environment changes. No empathy or compassion and major micromanaging. Everyday just became stressful because you never knew what you were going to be asked to do or expect to give another project update. No room for creativity. Just another person working towards showing KPIs. Sucks, company could be great but leadership sucked.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
