      - 1 self-care day per month to prevent outburning (burnt out in 1 year)

      Cons

      - high turnover rate - handling people as resources - high layoff rate (spending optimization) - 0 work-life balance (working until 7pm 3 times a week) - Wellbeing wash - Micromanagement - Progress is very slow - Bad practices

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
