      there is ample opportunities for adding your experience to improve the work flow.

      Cons

      Bad management, management keep things away even though it involve your work, your work related meeting, management doesnt include you, lack of communication, and transparency. No career advancement is encouraged, work is too much, they you start burning out, and management keep adding your work, instead of hiring new employees. High resignation rate due to unhappy employees and bad management.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
