Pros

* Salary, benefits and bonuses are pretty good * Lots of interesting development challenges * Adopting cutting edge technologies is encouraged * Opportunities to move into leadership roles * Very respectful and civilized work culture

Cons

* Development jobs are outsourced to lower cost countries - bad for everyone's morale * Leadership are stressed and transmit that down the line * Constantly shifting priorities make it difficult to commit to a project, since you never know if it will be de-prioritized or killed and your effort will be wasted * Too much hiring too fast * PagerDuty

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
