      Great benefits, secure company, inclusive

      Cons

      Hard to advance - a lot of hoops to jump through, and a lot of office politics. Company is so big that it makes it hard to move fast on projects because of so many approvals.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
