Pros
Working at LogMeIn during the lockdowns has been such a blessing. They have been very empathetic towards those of us who now work at home all the time with small children, giving us the flexibility to balance both our professional and personal responsibilities.
Cons
Executive misalignment can cause confusion further down in the organization. It also seems that VP and above are more often hired externally than internally.
