      Pros

      - Great work/life balance (Unlimited vacations, flexible work hours, WFH, self-care days on the first Friday of every month) - Work is full of challenges and with lots of opportunity for learning and growth. - Good benefits (80% health insurance, RRSP contributions, Bonuses, etc)

      Cons

      - Big and bureaucratic company, things usually happens very slow - Very complicated code source and frameworks - Middle management is often lost and disorganized

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
