      You get to work with a lot of great people. Management is good and takes care of their employees.

      Company was recently taken from a publicly traded company to a private company and with that comes a lot of change.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
