      Pros

      LogMeIn has a fabulous culture and values and makes its employees live these every day. The company has lots of resources for professional and personal growth, management encouraging change for improvement of processes, supporting employees in their career, putting people first, the company offers a great work-life balance despite the massive workload we've always been facing

      salary compensation maybe a bit too low compared to what other similar tech companies offer

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
