      Work life balance is amazing and the company makes sure that the employees enjoy at work with different competitions with great prizes etc.

      Cons

      Uncertainty in the company is very high, and that causes a lot of anxiety about the future.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
