      Thank you for your feedback. As a company increases significantly in size, a certain level of “bureaucracy”, standardization (and centralization) is inevitable.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
