7yIt is disappointing to hear your feedback, as the Boston UCC sales team had the highest level of President’s Club achievers. Our Director-level leadership aims to provides clarity and transparency to this team through weekly stand-ups and other communications forums, and we are proud of the high retention rate of our sales account managers in this division. However, your experience is clearly not matching to that of others and we’d encourage you to reach out directly to the leadership team members as they have an open-door policy. They’d welcome your opinion and be happy to hear any actionable suggestions you have to improve things.
