Solid leadership from C-Level, good pay/ benefits, coffee bar, gym, people, etc.

Cons

<20% reps hitting their numbers, Director-level lacks leadership and transparency which trickles down to middle management, Product lines are completely segregated

It is disappointing to hear your feedback, as the Boston UCC sales team had the highest level of President’s Club achievers. Our Director-level leadership aims to provides clarity and transparency to this team through weekly stand-ups and other communications forums, and we are proud of the high retention rate of our sales account managers in this division. However, your experience is clearly not matching to that of others and we’d encourage you to reach out directly to the leadership team members as they have an open-door policy. They’d welcome your opinion and be happy to hear any actionable suggestions you have to improve things.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
