      Pros

      Great atmosphere and good perks if you are Senior enough. New Office about to open in Feb 2019 and great location and very good salaries and comp plans.

      Cons

      Senior Management still very disconnected from a millennial Sales Organization. For a company that prides itself on enabling its customers to work from anywhere - there is strong resistance to allowing employees the same privilege in 2018.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
