      -Great work and life balance -Regular events, lunches and happy hours -Market leading products that customers love -Most employees get the ability to work from home -Travel for training and kickoff events -Internal advancement is common

      Cons

      -Extreme lack of diversity and the data is not published -Very few women in sales, product, or engineering -Very few people of color -Product innovation is very slow

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
