Depending on the team/location: There are a few really good mid-level managers Good work-life balance Good benefits

Cons

Lack of vision Too many managers Most managers are clueless from a technical perspective Management frequently abuses traveling Inefficient and bad corporate policies Innovation is encouraged only in words, but not in actions Self-improvement/training isn't encouraged Lot of virtue signalling

We offer well received manager training programs that set up managers with the competencies and soft skills required to succeed in their positions. In addition, we only encourage necessary travel, and the leadership is not excluded in that rule. Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
